1. Job title: Branch Relationship Officer

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Management or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 4 years successful experience in banking or customer contact role
Place of work: Oromia Region
Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

2. Job title: Talent Acquisition & Competency Development Specialist

Education: Bachelor Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related discipline from a reputable university  (Master’s in Human Resource or  Business Administration is an added advantage)
Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

3. Job title: Branch Manager II

Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields
Experience: Minimum of 8 years relevant experience out of which  two (2) years in supervisory post
Place of work: Oromia Region
Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

4. Job title: Organizational Development Specialist

Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration and/or related discipline from a reputable university
Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

5. Job title: Manager, Safety & Security – City/Up Country

Education: BA Degree from Police or Military College (Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent, are advantageous)
Experience: Minimum of 8 years relevant experience  out of which two (2) years at middle or line management  post
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale
