Positon 1: Call Center Officer

Job Summary:

The position holder is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients or customers via phone, email, or other communication channels. Furthermore, handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of interactions with the primary objective to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, while adhering to established guidelines and protocols.

Job Requirement

BA/BSC Degree with 0 years of experience or College Diploma + TVET level IV with 2 years of experience

Competency:

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness including identifying opportunities to automate processes,
  • Implement new technologies, and improve data management.

Language: Amharic, English and Other local languages, desired

Place of work: Jimma,Hawassa,Dire Dawa,Dessie,Addis Ababa

Basic salary: 16,667 birr with other benefits as per the company and Position standard

Terms of Employment: 5 months in a contract basis

Position 2: Customer Care Officer

Job Summary:

The position holder is responsible to ensure customers’ needs are addressed promptly and professionally. As a Customer Care Officer, he/she will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and empathetic relationship with clients with a primary goal to create customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty while upholding the company’s values and policies.

Job Requirement

BA/BSC Degree with 0 years of experience or College Diploma + TVET level IV with 2 years of experience
