1. Job title: Customer Service Manager

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience: 5 years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

2. Job title: Branch Operation Supervisor

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience: 4 years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
  • Place of work: Kemise (Amhara Region)
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

3. Job title: Senior Customer Service  Officer

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience: 3 years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale
