Medical Teams International would like to invite qualified and competent applicants for the following vacant position;

1. Job title: Health Specialist

  • Education: Doctor of medicine (MD) or other relevant clinical degree in public health or Nursing (Postgraduate training in General Public Health is an added advantage)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years progressive responsibility in international humanitarian programs (Minimum 2 years senior level related role to primary health, maternal and child health, reproductive health, and communicable diseases in humanitarian or development programming, with at least one year in a humanitarian context at an NGO, Experience with an international NGO or UN agency is required)
  • Place of work: Amhara Region (Gonder)
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

2. Job title: Finance Officer

  • Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Accounting) is required; Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage
  • Experience: 2 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting for Diploma holder or 1 year of work experience in Finance & Accounting for bachelor’s degree holder
  • Place of work: Benshangul Gumz Region (Assosa)
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

3. Job title: Logistic Officer

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field is required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of procurement  and logistics experience (Experience with donor (UN, USAID, etc.) asset and procurement specific procedures is an added advantage)
  • Place of work: Benshangul Gumz Region (Assosa)
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

4. Job title: Human Resource and Admin Officer

  • Education: BSc in Management, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working in HR administration (Prior experience working with NGO)
  • Place of work: Benshangul Gumuz Region (Assosa)
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

5. Job title: Field Coordinator

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Management  or related field is required, Postgraduate training in Public Administration and Management or Monitoring & Evaluation or a related field is an added advantage
  • Experience: 3 years of field experience in a humanitarian organization is required, 2 years of project management experience is required
  • Place of work: Benshangul Gumuz Region (Assosa)
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale
