Position 1: Manager, Digital Payment System Administrator

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields
  • Experience: 8/9 years’ experience of which 1 year as Team Leader as Digital Payment System Administrator or equivalent position in Banking industry
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 2: Team Leader Payment System Administrator

  • Education: MSc/BSc degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience: 6/7 years’ experience of which 1 year as Senior IT Officer-II
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

Position 3: Team Leader ATM& POS Administration

  • Education: MSc/BSc degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience: 7/8 years’ experience of which 1 year as Senior IT Officer- II or equivalent position in Banking Industry
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 4: Senior Auditor II

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields
  • Experience: 5/6 years General work experience of which 2 year as Senior Auditor I, or equivalent position in Banking Industry
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 5: Senior Auditor I

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields
  • Experience: 4/5 years General work experience of which 2 year as Senior Auditor I, or equivalent position in Banking Industry
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 6: Corporate CRM

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields
  • Experience: 5/6 years’ experience of which 2 year as Retail CRM, MFCRM, BM-I, or equivalent position in Banking Industry
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 7: Manager, Credit Appraisal & Loan Recovery Management

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields of study
  • Experience: 8/9 years General work experience of which 2 year as Team Leader, Branch Manager- II in Banking industry

Position 8: Branch Manager – I

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields of study
  • Experience: 5/6 years General work experience of which 2 year as Customer Service Manager- I, Operation Manager- II, Senior Banking Operation Office- I in banking Industry

Position 9: Manager, Banking Operation Management I

  • Experience: 3/4 years General work experience of which 1 year as, Senior Internal Controller, SCSO Cash or Equivalent position in Banking industry

Position 10: Siinqee Ihsan CRM

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields of study
  • Experience: 3/4 years’ experience of which 1 year as, Retail CRM, MFCRM, BM I, or equivalent in Banking industry
  • Place of work: South Finfine, West Finfine, East Finfine & Adama District

Position 11: Customer Service Officer

  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields
  • Experience: 2 years General work experience of which 1 year as Junior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position in Banking Industry
  • Place of work: Mekele, Shire & Adi- haki Branches

Position 12: Junior Officer

  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields
  • Experience: 1 year as Bank Trainee or equivalent position in Banking Industry
