Position 1: Principal Officer, Transformational Projects

Job Summary:

The position holder is responsible for coordinating and implementing extensive transformational projects in planning and execution skills in managing large and complex change and transformation initiatives across the bank to achieve bank-wide transformation project performance measurement framework and evaluate the financial and non-financial performance of the bank and its branches.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management, Change Management Leadership or another relevant subject or equivalent experience within the area of Expertise.

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.

Position 2: Banking Center Manager (Branch Manager)

Job Summary:

Ensuring achievement of the Bank’s strategy and the effective operation of the Banking Center;
Manages the Branches financial Target including deposit mobilization, credit facilitation, FX generation;
Also work to expand the customer base, champion digital banking and IB usage;
Work to maximize customer satisfaction;
Encourage creativity and innovation at the Branch level for Bank level impact;
Work to create empowered and engaged workforce at a Branch;
Others as detailed in the job description

Job Requirement

BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant fields.

Experience:At least eight (8) years of progressive relevant experience with a minimum of two (2) years as Branch Manager.

Position 3: Senior Officer, Performance Managment

Job Summary:

The position holder is responsible for monitoring activities related to the performance management implementation goals of the Bank, creating a high-performance culture.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s in human resources management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related Fields.

Expereince:At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent
